Update Nsure Extra rewards from Daily to Weekly

Dear Nsureans,

In order to improve gas optimisation/costs on the contract incumbent for rewarding extra Nsure tokens as incentive to underwriters, we’re updating the reward period from a daily to weekly basis.

Snapshot will be taken at same time, once per week instead, distributing the same amount of rewards as before. Note that the reward structure and distribution will not be affected, keeping a rate of 1Nsure/Block.

Hi Alvaro,

THat sounds reasonable from gas optimization standpoint. Instead of snapshot, which is point in time, if the logic to basically look at the weighted staking during the underwriting period i.e. a week, it would make more sense.
